Editing a tour
Clicking on the ‘Edit Tour’ button on the Dashboard page will allow staff to make changes to the prospect’s information, as well as change the time and date of the scheduled tour. This is also where you can cancel tours.
Make sure to click ‘OK’ after changing the tour date or else it will not save.
After correcting the prospect information, click on the ‘Submit’ button. You will then be shown a ‘Success!’ screen, before automatically taking you back to the Dashboard page.
No shows
For prospects that did not show up to their tour, select the ‘No Show’ button.
Canceling a tour
To cancel a tour, select the ‘Cancel Tour’ button on the bottom of the page.
After selecting ‘Cancel Tour’, you will be see a confirmation screen. You will also see an option to send a cancellation email to the prospect and branch staff.
