Kids Zone

In our Kid Zone program, we believe that learning should be an adventure and play is an essential part of a child’s development! Our carefully curated activities and programs are designed to stimulate creativity, encourage exploration, and promote social interaction. Whether it’s through engaging games, education activities, or creative arts and crafts, each child will have the opportunity to thrive and make new friends.

It is the philosophy of the YMCA Kids Zone program for leaders to provide a safe and fun environment for children while parents are involved in YMCA activities. At the same time, the program offers the opportunity for children to develop physically, socially, emotionally and cognitively within the context of a caring relationship with the adults in the program. We want to ensure that all staff treat each child and parent with care, dignity and respect. Furthermore, as Kid Zone staff, we aspire to embody the following principles and commitments:
