In this video we demonstrate the following updates:
Join Us – Call to Action
- We changed the language on the ‘End Tour button’ to ‘Finish Tour’
- Clicking ‘Finish Tour’ now displays the attached Call to Action. This gives an opportunity for tour staff to focus on being conversational, as well as inviting the prospect to join.
- Clicking next on the Call to display prompts the outcome popup.
Delete Tour Requests
- Added a ‘Cancel Request’ button on the Scheduled Requested Tour screen. This is for tours that were scheduled using the online chatbot.
Cancelled Tours
- Added the option to select if the prospect and tour staff will receive an email notifying them of the cancelled tour. (Staff would be CC’d)
