If a tour is requested by a prospect without an appointment or an already active member, you can start a tour with them by selecting the ‘Start Tour’ button under Activation Opportunities.
To start the tour with a prospect without an appointment, type in their information and select ‘Next’.
To start the tour with an active member, click on the ‘Select Active Member’ button, then search by their last name. Select the member’s name to start the tour.
The rest of the tour process is identical to a scheduled tour.
