Selling FitOn Health Memberships

  1. Member Comes in with a FitOn Health Confirmation Email.
  2. An automatic email from FitOn will be sent to YMCA info as well as Andi. This email triggers a message to Core that instantly creates a profile for new members.
  3. Search Core for new member by name.
    1. Sell membership like all other insurance-based pay memberships reviewing all information that was automatically entered.
    2. Apply the FitOn Health Discount Code
    3. Card or app check in
  4. Andi, Jodee, Michael and YMCA info will receive triggered emails activation for new FitOn Health members. They will also receive monthly activation lists, and monthly termination lists. Andi will attach a PDf of the email to all new accounts.
