Let's dig deeper into that last P - Professional Quality. Most of what we do is just a natural part of who we are at the Y- it's easy to be friendly, learn names, create a welcoming atmosphere, but what about the Transaction? Our Core Training is designed to give you the skills you need to handle all members inquiries and services so that our members always feel that sense of high quality service while dealing with their money and accounts. Let's make the Transactional Opportunities become Transformational Moments. By increasing your knowledge, confidence and competence in order to take care of our member needs, our members will see a significant improvement in quality and service at the Y.

All staff will start from ‘Front Desk Training’, and proceed until you have completed the module that matches your current position.
