In this video you will learn how to reactivate an expired Teen Free Reduce Lunch membership. You will select the "Activate Unit" bubble in the Unit Info box. There's three things that you really want to make sure are accurate- Membership Type is: Teen, Billing cycle: Annual, Bill Day: Today. Once you do that, then you can select the refresh arrow on the discount and save, collect payment and terminate according to rebill date.
